What you need to know

What do I need to bring?


To each lesson, you should bring your own water bottle & any relevant lesson materials (eg, sheet music, lyrics etc.)

How do I pay for sessions? 

The students initial lesson will be paid upfront at the time of the booking – you may book your lesson online by clicking the link here.


Students will be invoiced via PayPal for their lesson. You may choose to pay for lessons monthly or weekly. For those wanting an easier way to pay weekly, the new option of an automatic recurring weekly payment can be organised. 

Late Payments:
Invoices are to be paid within 5 days of the invoice date, if the invoice is more than 7 days overdue a $15 late fee will apply. If invoices remain unpaid after 16 days, lessons will be cancelled until payment is made.


If you are experiencing sudden financial hardship of any kind and are struggling to pay for taken lessons, please don’t hesitate to contact us to chat about options. 
 

What if I need to cancel / postpone my booking?

  • 24 hrs notice is required for lesson cancellation/postponing.

  • Session reminders are sent via text to students 29 hours prior to their session to provide plenty of time to organise a cancellation or postpone to a later time in the week.

  • To organise a cancellation or postpone your session to a later time/date, please contact Hannah via phone or email:

  • Last minute cancellation will incur a 50% lesson fee to cover costs of venue hire and teacher preparation time.

  • No-shows with no communication from the student prior to the session will incur a fee of the full session cost.
